We offer field service on your equipment, which guarantees the availability of your systems thanks to a maintenance schedule tailored to your needs. Our field service takes care of all systems, pumps and components as well as various process-specific requirements for individual applications. We take into account the life cycles of the various wear parts and carry out routine servicing when necessary, all planned with your requirements in mind to cause as little production disruption as possible. In addition, we have breakdown support, technical assistance, status of the systems and many other options in order to keep your production as efficient as possible. Our field service gives you access to the extensive experience of our network of service technicians, accumulated by servicing thousands of vacuum pumps in all industry segments. We only perform service in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and we use original spare parts.

The offer in detail

After the initial visit to your facility, we will explain and discuss the benefits of our field service with you, and your Advanced Vacuum advisor will list all of your system components and each individual component’s maintenance needs. Based on this information, we make a detailed quote based on the services and options you have chosen for your equipment. As soon as you have placed your order, we will start carrying out maintenance work on the agreed date and time.

We maintain detailed records of work carried out and provide you with copies as soon as any work is carried out, including all costs for spare parts and consumables. We always discuss major maintenance work in advance to clarify the type and extent of the work.
